Location and finding us..
As with all properties in central Skipton parking is of a premium, we do not have on site parking available, however we do have 2 parking spaces available to you at The Corn Mill which is approximately a 7 minute walk away from the Clock Tower itself. We are also very near to the main car park 3 mins away however this car park is a paid car park. Please note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for your vehicles or their contents with our available parking.
From the bus station. Approximately 3 mins walk
Come out of the bus station onto the main road and turn left, you will see a pelican crossing, cross over the road here and continue left following the road to the roundabout, keep going and you will see the Yorkshire trading post on your right if you look up across the road on the right hand side of the High Street you will see the Clock Tower… if all has gone well you are on New Market Street carry on past the Yorkshire Trading Post, and past Savers Store carry on a little further and you will come to a ladies clothing retailer, look across the road here and you will see High Street House, The home of ‘The Clock Tower Suite’ just before West Row Hairdressers… The Clock Tower Is on the second floor and a lift available.
From the Train Station approximately 8- 10 mins walk
Exit the train station and cross over the road, turning right you are now heading into town, follow this road over the canal bridge where you will see one of the two Bizzie Lizzie Fish & Chip shops… you will no doubt see a queue as they are very popular !
Keep going forward passing the post office on the right you will see the roundabout straight ahead. You will need to cross the road to take the second exit on the roundabout to New Market Street… (if you look up and across the roundabout to the left you will see The Clock Tower).. walk down New Market Street for 20 yards and High Street House is the first door on the left….
If you have a Sat Nav the postcode usually takes you to the Devonshire It’s a Weatherspoon’s pub further up the road from High Street House. High Street House is further down the road on the opposite side next to a West Row hairdressers. You can usually pull in opposite for a few minutes to unload the car and then I can show you where to park. The Clock Tower Suite is on the second floor and a lift is available
